Equal Rights
In all our activities we emphasize the importance of democracy for the viability of our 24 Strategic Plans, which we consider the cornerstone of human rights without discrimination, with equal opportunities to exercise them. Our active campaigns, projects, courses and books encourage participatory democracies, through the exercise of human rights as benefits and duties to fulfill for their continued consolidation.
Given that currently women and LGBTIQ+ people (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, Transvestites, Intersexuals and Queer) are the most discriminated against human beings today, we emphasize advocating for their rights.
Current Campaigns for Equal Rights
GENDER EQUALITY
Current Situation of Women's Rights
Women suffer from discrimination and femicides in all countries of the world, in some more than others, and one form of modern slavery persists, housewives who work practically more than 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. without receiving remuneration, therefore, women are more vulnerable to hunger, poverty and suffering the consequences of global warming.
We believe that for a woman to be able to break the chains of oppression, she must be facilitated, or rather, the obligation must be fulfilled to guarantee her opportunities to exercise the human rights of education and job training, access to work with labor rights without discrimination. gender, access to housing and protection of their right to life.
The Changes We Need to Make for Gender Equality
Denying equal rights to women in the laws is contributing to discrimination, gender violence and femicides, because it vexes women to be considered inferior to a human being, who does not deserve the same human rights.
So, for nations to stop being complicit in gender crimes, they must push the balance towards equity, at least in the fundamental rights for their economic independence that allows women to free themselves from oppression and slavery, to safeguard their right to life and freedom from violence.

Projects to Help Women Overcome Hunger and Poverty
It consists of providing women with access to housing that integrates technologies for self-consumption of water, energy and super foods to defeat malnutrition. It will be freed from the costs of basic and health services, and will obtain extra income from the sale of surplus energy to the electrical distribution network and food to organic markets. You will obtain job training in the installation, maintenance and operation of these technologies.
This home can be subsidized or soft loans can be provided, so that the woman can buy the home, because it generates income to pay for itself.

Shelters for Women Victims of Violence and Human Trafficking
In the world, 1 in 3 women suffers from physical or sexual violence according to the WHO, which is why it is necessary
provide shelter and protection to victims, for that we propose the Sustainable Shelters Project, to provide shelter for women with their children, job training in sustainable economic activities and their reintegration into society with economic independence, either with their own ventures or employment in the activities in which she was trained.
Shelter should also be given to female victims of human trafficking; the majority of victims are adult women (49%), followed by girls, who represent 23%. Most of whom are sexually exploited and addicted to drugs to keep them as sexual slaves, which is why the shelter model for these women and girls must include rehabilitation centers, for which we recommend NARCONON(R) centers. .

Tree Building
LGBT+ youth in the United States are 9.5% of the total population; However, they represent 40% of the homeless population. The study by the LGBT Homeless Youth Provider Survey and the Williams Institute shows that this social group is disproportionately vulnerable to being on the street, and the main reason is family rejection, and in addition to that it is difficult for them to obtain jobs.
These margins of discrimination and vulnerability to becoming homeless is a catastrophic emergency, therefore we must solve the consequences of hate against love. We can suggest our sustainable shelter models as a temporary solution, but it would be temporary. Or we can also suggest a micro solution, housing models with self-consumption of water, energy and organic super foods, with job training designed to overcome poverty, this would be a definitive solution, but it would merit building house in house or residential development.
But the huge number of homeless people is more than 100 million and 40% are LGBT+ young people. Faced with these gigantic figures, we must provide macro, far-reaching solutions that definitively resolve the problem, with economic, social and environmental integration in a sustainable and self-sustaining manner.
For this reason we recommend our Tree Building (R) model, which consists of a building intended to provide housing, job training and employment, in a self-sustainable building, with self-consumption of water and green energy, and sustainable production of organic food.
Inside you can find the departments in its branches and in its trunks, a variety of sustainable economic activities, shops, services and entertainment. It is practically a mini city in a tree-shaped building, which can extend its branches despite the existence of other buildings, since they would be on top of them, such as houses, highways, and the branches of the trees can be interconnected with branches. from another tree building and has high resistance to natural disasters.... If you are interested in supporting this project, contact us.
This building was designed to serve the most vulnerable, LGBT+ youth, women and young people leaving orphanages.
Democratic Values and Consolidation of Human and Environmental Rights without Discrimination
SYSTEM OF POINTS
FOR THE SURVIVAL OF HUMANITY
Without democracy there are no human or environmental rights for anyone, not for women, not for LGBTIQ+ people, for any gender, race, ethnicity or creed. In totalitarianisms, the law is not oriented toward justice, but rather toward the persecution of dissent, so no person is safe from having their rights violated.
The greatest threat to the extinction of life on the planet is not climate change, it is impunity for terrorism, ecocides and genocides (which includes holodomor), committed by a conglomerate of terrorist states and their allies, terrorist groups and organized crime. We work mainly to save the Earth from global warming, but if impunity does not stop there will be no planet to save.
For these reasons, we promote respect for democracy, so that human and environmental rights are continually consolidated without discrimination and sustainable development is possible. We believe that to achieve this we need a points system that promotes the achievement of a free world with human rights. and continuously consolidated environmental, exercised with equal opportunities by citizens in their countries, where they will achieve better standards of living through a sustainable economy and development.
Education for the Consolidation of Democracies and Human and Environmental Rights
In order to educate for the consolidation of democracies, human and environmental rights, the NGO Arca Tierra has produced different free educational materials, we invite you to read and disseminate them, so that we make the evolution of democracy a reality. humanity towards better and better living standards with a sustainable development and economy.
